How It Works
Browse and filter by specialty, location, and deal type, and save the listings you want to come back to. A Reviewed badge indicates that PracticeKey has checked the listing before it went live.
Pre-Screening
Interested physicians submit a brief pre-screening application before seeing confidential details. You review their profile and approve or decline — keeping full control over who gets access to your practice information.
Application Process
Once pre-screening is approved, you'll unlock the full listing: practice name, asking price, financials, and owner contact. From there, you and the owner talk directly.
Is my identity kept confidential?
Yes. Practice owners list under a redacted name until they approve a buyer's pre-screening application. Physicians' profiles are only shared with practice owners when they express interest in a specific listing.
How does PracticeKey pricing work?
PracticeKey is a subscription platform. The Basic plan is free, and every paid plan is listed with its price and what it includes on the pricing page.
What deal types are available?
PracticeKey supports four deal types: Full Practice Sale, Equity Partner Buy-In, Associate to Partner Track, and Hiring. You can filter by deal type when browsing.
How does financing work?
We're building a network of financing partners to help physicians fund a Full Practice Sale or an Equity Partner Buy-In. Join the waitlist on our financing page to be notified when partners are onboarded.
What happens after two physicians connect?
After a pre-screening is approved, both parties communicate directly. PracticeKey does not participate in negotiations. We recommend working with a healthcare attorney and a qualified accountant during due diligence.
