Yes — no credit card required, no time limit. Basic listing is free for as long as your practice is listed on PracticeKey.
When do I pay?
Only when you choose to upgrade to Featured or Premium. Paid plans are not active yet, and you will never be charged without your explicit action.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Downgrade or cancel your plan from your dashboard at any time.
Is my practice information private?
Yes — your practice name, contact information, and financial details are never shown to anyone until you personally approve each physician's pre-screening application. Every inquiry is gated by your approval.
